We already run EcoVadis or Sedex. Does this replace, feed, or duplicate it?

It does not replace your rating platform. ComplyFlow holds the supplier record your rating sits alongside: the modern slavery statement, the licence, the insurance, and whatever you choose to store from the assessment itself. Whether data can move between the two systems depends on what your platform exposes; bring it to the demo and we will tell you straight rather than guess.

Can this produce Scope 3 supplier emissions data, or only compliance status?

ComplyFlow does not calculate Scope 3 emissions. What it holds is what a supplier has submitted against a requirement you set, on the same record as their compliance status, so your ESG team and procurement are reading the same file instead of two.

Who inside our business owns this? Procurement, legal, risk, and ESG all touch it, and none of us has budget alone.

Nobody owns modern slavery reporting alone; the statement is approved at board level. The work underneath it splits across your functions, which is exactly why one verified supplier record works: procurement sees the insurances, legal sees the modern slavery section, ESG sees the Scope 3 request, and all three are reading the same company.

Does this satisfy the NSW heightened due diligence tender clause, or do we still need a separate process for that one bid?

It holds whichever clause set you assign to a contract category as a document requirement, and shows which contracts carry it. Deciding which tenders count as high-risk under the Anti-slavery Commissioner’s tool is a judgement call for your team; ComplyFlow keeps the record of what was applied once you have made it.

It does not approve anything and it does not write your modern slavery statement. A person on your team makes every call, and that is what the board relies on, not the software.
