Does it handle GWO Basic Safety Training records, or only generic inductions?

GWO Basic Safety Training is tracked as its own licence type, with the standard 24-month expiry, alongside any other induction or ticket you require. The certificate is uploaded and verified the same way as any other licence, and you set the renewal reminders; ComplyFlow does not itself read or write to the international WINDA register.

Can it manage a multi-turbine or multi-inverter isolation and switching permit sequence, not just a single-site permit to work?

Yes. A digital permit can cover isolation and switching across as many turbines or inverters as the job needs, routed to your authorised person and closed with a time-stamped record of what was isolated and by whom.

Does it track High Risk Work licence currency alongside electrical licences for the same Worker?

Yes. Dogging, rigging, EWP, and electrical licences all sit on the one Worker record, each with its own expiry, and a Worker without a current licence cannot be cleared to work.

Can compliance records travel with the contractor from the EPC construction phase into the O&M contract, or do we start again at handover?

The record travels. A contractor’s licences, inductions, and permit history stay with them when a project moves from EPC construction into an O&M contract, so the O&M provider inherits the record instead of starting from zero.

Does it connect to Procore for construction and to Maximo or SAP PM for operations, or do we run three systems that do not talk to each other?
