The Inspection App

Tick, Cross, or N/A. No Signal Needed. Actions Raised on Sync.

The ComplyFlow Inspection app runs your checklists on a phone or tablet where there is no signal: plant rooms, basements, the back paddock. Photos and findings are held on the device, and when it comes back online Complete & Sync files the inspection and every failed check becomes an owned, dated action.

  • Plant pre-starts
  • Site inspections
  • Fire door checks
  • Plant-room audits
  • Vehicle checks
  • Cleaning audits
Free on the App Store and Google Play. Works offline; syncs when it returns.

What the Inspection App Does.

The ComplyFlow Inspection app runs inspection checklists on a phone or tablet with no signal, holds the photos and findings on the device, and syncs them to the compliance record when the connection returns. Every failed check becomes an owned, dated action. It is free, native on iOS and Android, and signs in with a ComplyFlow account, including Microsoft single sign-on for staff.

  • It runs the checklist offline. The template opens with no signal. Each check is a tick, a cross, or n/a, with a photo and a note where it matters.
  • It syncs when you are back up. Complete & Sync files the inspection to the record the office reads, with every photo attached.
  • Failed checks become actions. A cross raises an action with an owner and a due date, on the dashboard the moment it syncs.
  • Recurring inspections land when due. Scheduled inspections appear on the device on the day, so nothing depends on somebody remembering.

The Screens

The Checklist, the Photo, the Action.

Drawn from the app and the web record as they are today. One phone screen and the two web screens it writes to.

  • Inspection

    Tick, Cross, or N/A, Offline

The checklist works with no signal and syncs when the device comes back up.

  • Live Access

    Your Own Standing, Beside It

The same account shows where you are cleared and what expires next, in the companion app.

  • Live Access

    Sign In, Then Inspect

Sign in at the gate with Live Access, then open the inspection due for that site.

Free on the App Store and Google Play.

The Inspection app needs a ComplyFlow account. Staff sign in with their Microsoft account; Workers and contractors with the email their account was made with.

What It Covers

Everything in the App, Not the Highlights.

Everything below is in the Inspection app today and documented in the Help Centre. Nothing here is a roadmap.

How It Works

From the Plant Room to the Dashboard, in Three Screens.

What happens on the device with no signal, and what the office sees when it syncs.

The Template Opens Where the Signal Does Not.

Three floors down, the checklist for this site and this kind of inspection still opens. Each item is a tick, a cross, or n/a, and the camera is one tap away for the photo that proves the finding.

  • Templates by site and inspection type
  • Photos and notes on every check
  • Nothing lost if the app closes

Complete & Sync Files It to the Record.

Back in signal, one tap sends the inspection, its photos, and its findings to the same record the office reads. The template you used, the time you used it, and who you are travel with it.

  • Syncs when the signal returns
  • Photos attached to the finding they prove
  • The inspection kept for the audit

Every Cross Becomes Somebody’s Job.

A failed check raises an action with an owner and a due date. The office sees the list, chases what is overdue, and reports the close-out rate across every site without a spreadsheet at each one.

  • Owner and due date on every action
  • Overdue actions visible portfolio-wide
  • Close-out rate without a spreadsheet

Getting In

Questions

Questions People Ask Before They Install It.

Does the Inspection app really work with no signal?

Yes. The template opens and the checklist, photos, and notes are held on the device until you are back in signal. Complete & Sync then files the inspection to the record. It was built for plant rooms, basements, and remote sites where a connection cannot be assumed.

Is it free?

Yes. The Inspection app is free on the App Store and Google Play. It needs a ComplyFlow account to sign in, which your employer or Client provides.

How do I sign in?

Staff sign in with their Microsoft account, and an administrator can restrict an account to single sign-on only. Workers and contractors sign in with the email their ComplyFlow account was made with. A plant operator can open a plant inspection from a token link without a full account.

What happens to a failed check?

It becomes an action with an owner and a due date the moment the inspection syncs. The office sees every open action on the dashboard, chases what is overdue, and reports the close-out rate across every site.

Can inspections be scheduled?

Yes. Recurring inspections are set up once and land on the device when they are due, so a weekly fire door check or a daily plant pre-start does not depend on somebody remembering.

Is this the same app as Live Access?

No. Live Access signs people in at the gate and shows the supervisor who is on site; it needs a connection because the record it reads is live. The Inspection app runs checklists and is built to work offline. Both are free, and both use the same ComplyFlow account.

Where do the photos and findings go?

To the same compliance record the office, the auditor, and your AI assistant read, hosted on AWS in Australia. ComplyFlow is ISO 27001 certified for information security.

Tick, cross, or n/a. No signal needed.

Download the Inspection app, sign in with your ComplyFlow account, and the plant room stops being a paperwork problem.
