Live Access is the free ComplyFlow app for everyone who walks onto a site. Scan the QR code at the gate and it signs you in, checks your induction, licences, and insurance against the record, and shows the supervisor you are inside. One install works with every Client on ComplyFlow.

What the Live Access App Does.

The ComplyFlow Live Access app signs a Worker in at the gate by QR code, checks their induction, licences, and insurance against the compliance record, and shows the supervisor who is on site right now. It also approves permits, signs a Worker in to a work order, and watches lone Workers. It is free, and it needs a ComplyFlow account.

  • It signs you in at the gate. Scan the QR code, tick the conditions of entry, and the app logs the site rules and hazards you were shown.
  • It checks you before you start. Induction, licences, insurance, and any permit you need are read against the record at the scan. Cleared or not, with the reason.
  • It shows the supervisor who is inside. A live list and a map of everyone on site, with a button to sign a Worker in or out and one to message everybody.
  • It watches the person working alone. Set your time on site. If it runs out without a sign-out, the supervisor is alerted. An Emergency button reaches somebody.

Open the app and see whether you are cleared for the site you are heading to, and what expires next. If something is short, you know in the car park, not at the gate with a queue behind you.

    Free on the App Store and Google Play. Search for ComplyFlow Live Access, or follow the Help Centre guide.

  2. 2 Sign In Once

    Use the email your ComplyFlow account was made with. If you have not got one, your Client or employer sets it up.

  3. 3 Scan the Code at the Gate

    Tick the conditions of entry, and you are signed in and checked. Scan again to sign out on the way past.

Questions People Ask Before They Install It.

Is the Live Access app free?

Yes. It is free on the App Store and Google Play. It needs a ComplyFlow account to sign in, which your Client or your employer provides. If you are a contractor, one install serves every Client you work for on ComplyFlow.

Does it work on both iPhone and Android?

Yes. Live Access is a native app on iOS and Android. It is listed for iPhone rather than iPad; the visitor kiosk, which runs on a tablet, is a separate web experience your Client sets up.

What does the app need from my phone?

A camera to scan the QR code at the gate, and location so it can confirm you are at the site you are signing in to. The Help Centre has guides for fixing location accuracy on iPhone and Android if a sign-in is refused for being out of range.

I cannot log in. What do I do?

Check you are using the email your ComplyFlow account was created with, and that the account has been activated. The Help Centre article on logging in for the first time covers the common causes, and the error-message guide explains every message the app can show.

What does the supervisor see?

Everyone signed in to the site, on a list and a map, with anybody not cleared flagged. They can sign a Worker in or out from their own phone, approve or reject permits with a comment, and see a lone Worker’s countdown and alerts.

What happens if I forget to sign out?

Your time on site keeps running on the record, and if you set a lone-Worker time it will alert your supervisor when it passes. Scan the code again on the way past next time, or ask the supervisor to sign you out from their phone.

Does it work with no signal?

Live Access needs a connection to check your standing and record the sign-in, because the record it reads is live. The Inspection app is the one built to work offline and sync later.
