Yes, it is. ComplyFlow runs on AWS in Australia and is ISO 27001 certified. Your people log in with Microsoft or Okta single sign-on, so there are no new passwords to manage.

How does escorted access and zoning work for uncleared contractors during a change window?

A contractor without a current licence or induction is flagged the moment they scan in, the same as at any other access point, not waved through. For a change window, the access point itself can be switched off to new sign-ins for its duration, and the crew already on the job signs in to the permit, which closes with a time-stamped record of who was on it.

Can the platform enforce a MOP or change-control sign-off before a permit is issued?

Yes. The method of procedure is raised on a phone, read against your standard, and routed to your named authoriser. The permit will not open until that sign-off is recorded.

How fast is access revoked when a licence expires or a contractor is offboarded?

The moment a licence lapses or an offboarding is recorded, the contractor’s status changes to not cleared, and the next sign-in attempt is refused and logged, with the reason.

Does this integrate with our existing DCIM, BMS, or physical access control system?

Through the open API. ComplyFlow checks that the contractor turning up is inducted, licensed, and cleared; your DCIM, BMS, or access control system keeps doing its own job, and the two agree because they share the one record.

Can requirements differ by facility within one portfolio, for example a Tier IV hall against a lower-tier site?

Yes. Requirements sit at the portfolio level with extras per facility. A contractor uploads their documents once and each facility measures them against its own list.

How do you handle HV switching authorisations and lithium-ion battery room permits specifically?

Both are permit types you configure yourself, tied to the licence or authorisation a Worker must hold before the permit can be raised in their name. ComplyFlow checks the authorisation is current; your named switching authority still makes the call.

Does this work for a facility in New Zealand as well as Australia?

Yes. A New Zealand facility runs under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, not an Australian WHS Act, and ComplyFlow’s requirements are set per facility, so a New Zealand hall’s rules do not have to match an Australian one.
