What ComplyFlow Is, in One Paragraph.

ComplyFlow is compliance software for organisations that put contractors and Workers onto sites. It holds one record for every contractor company, Worker, and site, from the first company check to sign-in at the gate, permits, inspections, and incidents, and its AI reads documents against each customer’s own requirements. Founded in Manly, Sydney, in 2009; ISO 27001 certified since 2019.

  • Customers who run real sites. Airports, rail corridors, mines, campuses, and portfolios of buildings, some of them Clients for more than a decade.
  • A platform rebuilt recently. Refactored end-to-end with a new design system in 2024; the base for everything since.
  • AI in the product, not the pitch. Agents configured against a customer’s own criteria review documents and forms, with a person making the decision on the record.
  • Stakes you can see. When the record is right, somebody who should not be on a site is stopped at the gate. That is the job.
