Is ComplyFlow ISO 27001 certified?

Yes. Comply Flow Pty Ltd has held ISO/IEC 27001 certification for information security management since 2019. Ask for the certificate as part of your review and we will provide it, with its issue date and certifying body.

What does AWS Qualified Software mean?

It means the ComplyFlow platform, hosted on Amazon Web Services, has been reviewed by AWS against its standards for security, scalability, and reliability. ComplyFlow has held the status since 2023.

Where is our data held?

In Australian data centres, on Amazon Web Services, encrypted at rest and in transit. The service has been GDPR compliant since 2020. The Help Centre article on platform architecture and hosting sets out the detail.

Can we get the certificate and the security policy for our review?

Yes. The ISO 27001 certificate, the Information Security Policy, and written answers to your questionnaire are provided on request as part of a security review. Use the contact page and say which you need.

Are the awards certifications?

No, and this page keeps them apart. H&S Solution of the Year at the Australian Construction Awards in 2018 and the BHP FastTrack Challenge in 2019 are awards; the Investment NSW Global Export Program in 2022 is a program. The certifications are ISO 27001, AWS Qualified Software, and GDPR compliance.
