    Your Client’s email carries a link. Register your company and the person who will look after the account.

  2. 2 Add Your Workers

    Each Worker gets a login by email or a link, and sees exactly what your Client asks of them.

    Insurances, licences, tickets, and safety documents, each with its expiry date. AI checks them as they land.

Questions

Questions Contractors Ask Before They Register.

Do I have to use ComplyFlow because my Client does?

If you want to work on that Client’s sites, yes. It is how they check that everyone on site is insured, licensed, and inducted, and the law does not let them take your word for it. The good news is you only do it once: the same account, documents, and Worker licences work with every Client on ComplyFlow.

What does it cost a contractor?

Registering your company, adding your Workers, and holding your documents costs nothing. You pay AU$35 a year for each Worker you link to a Client’s site, and that licence is valid with every Client on ComplyFlow, not only the one who invited you. If a Client asks for an AI-reviewed prequalification, the standard one is AU$100 a year. Prices are published at complyflow.com/pricing.

Do I pay again when a second Client asks me to use ComplyFlow?

No. Your account and your Workers’ licences carry over. When a new Client on ComplyFlow engages you, you share the Workers and documents you already hold, and the Client sees them without anything being uploaded twice.

What documents will I be asked for?

Your Client sets the list, and the account shows it to you in plain words. Typically it is public liability insurance, Workers compensation, your ABN, trade licences and tickets for each Worker, and for higher-risk work a safe work method statement and your safety policies.

Why was my document rejected?

Usually for something mechanical: a cropped or blurred scan, one side of a two-sided licence, a screenshot instead of the document, or a name that does not match the profile. ComplyFlow’s AI reads the document as you upload it and tells you the reason straight away, and the reason is kept against the document so you can fix it and upload again in minutes.

I already hold a CM3 or Avetta certificate. Do I have to do it all again?

Often not. ComplyFlow can accept CM3, Avetta, ISO 45001, and AS/NZS 4801 certificates in place of a Client’s prequalification questionnaire. Each Client decides what it accepts, so check with them before you fill in the form.

Do my Workers need to download anything?

Only the free Live Access app, on iPhone or Android, to scan in at the gate. Everything else, including uploading their own tickets, works in a browser on a phone. One install serves every Client on ComplyFlow.

What happens to my documents and my Workers’ details?

They sit on your own profile, and a Client sees only what it has asked for. ComplyFlow is ISO 27001 certified for information security and hosts its data in Australia. How personal information is handled is set out in the privacy policy.

Who do I call when I am stuck?

The supplier and contractor guides in the Help Centre cover registering, adding Workers, and uploading documents, with screenshots. For anything else, email support@complyflow.com.au with your company name and the Client you are working for. It is the same support team your Client uses.
