How does ComplyFlow handle the ASIC or MSIC card itself?

It does not replace it. AusCheck issues and manages the card; ComplyFlow holds its expiry against the Worker, next to their licence, insurance, and induction, and reminds you before any of it lapses.

Can a contractor’s induction and documents from one airport or port count at another site we operate?

Yes. A stevedore or trade contractor registers once and their documents travel with them to every ComplyFlow Client, including every terminal or airport in your own portfolio. Site-specific requirements sit on top.

How do you handle airside or wharf driving authorisation?

It is held as its own requirement, separate from a general site or terminal induction, and checked at sign-in the same way a licence or an insurance certificate is.

Does this replace our terminal operating system or our gate system?

No. Your terminal operating system still runs cargo operations and your gate system still clears trucks. ComplyFlow checks that the stevedore, driver, or trade contractor turning up is inducted, licensed, and cleared, and connects to those systems through an open API so the two agree.

Can a tenant’s or a shipping line’s contractor be checked at the same gate as our own panel?

Yes. They sign in through the same QR code or tablet, against the requirements you set, and appear on the same live list as your own contractor panel.

How do you handle dangerous goods movements and the licensing that goes with them?

A dangerous goods driver licence is held against the Worker like any other licence, checked at sign-in, and reminded before it expires.

What happens at an unmanned gate or an after-hours vessel working?
